Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking an Onsite Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of Canon’s Managed Document Services at Randwick. The role is 100% onsite, reporting to the Team Leader – Client Services, and focuses on delivering high-quality service and proactive issue management.

You will bring strong customer service experience in a service-focused environment, with the ability to coordinate onsite operations, manage assets and fleet, and work with colleagues to ensure a positive

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-focused environment or onsite support role.
• Ability to maintain asset records and fleet health.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, timely onsite support for Canon Managed Document Services.
• Escalate unresolved issues and manage risks to SLAs.
• Maintain Canon device fleet and ensure optimal performance.
• Manage distribution and replenishment of consumables for all devices.
• Maximise device uptime through proactive monitoring and support.
• Ensure software service calls are logged accurately per customer processes.
• Assist with asset management including up-to-date customer floor plans.
• Contribute to fleet optimisation and service improvement.
