Job summary

Coles DC Kewdale in Western Australia is seeking an onsite Recruitment & Workforce Lead to manage the full employee lifecycle for a large casual and permanent team. You will own rostering, onboarding, time & attendance, and performance management to ensure optimal shift coverage and production targets.

As the onsite lead, you will collaborate with DC leaders and internal support functions, drive high-volume recruitment, and foster a collaborative culture that supports innovation and career

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume recruitment
• Proven ability to manage rostering and shift coverage
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and logistics teams.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure work readiness and compliance.
• Oversee rosters, time & attendance, and last-minute shift changes.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and address issues early.
• Partner with Coles DC leaders and internal support teams.
