Job summary

Labourforce is seeking an Onsite Account Manager to lead workforce operations at an automated distribution centre in Kemps Creek, NSW. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day workforce management on a Monday to Friday day-shift with some flexibility.

As the onsite recruitment and workforce lead, you’ll partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver service excellence, meet operational goals and maintain a high-performing team in a cutting-edge facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite workforce or account management in logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Strong recruitment, scheduling and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding to align workforce with site needs.
• Manage daily workforce activities including rosters, attendance, and shift coverage.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics, driving improvements.
• Foster an engaged onsite culture through proactive communication and collaboration.
