Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to meet daily and long-term workforce requirements.
• Oversee rosters, attendance, timekeeping, and urgent shift coverage.
• Monitor workforce performance metrics and support improvements.
• Build relationships on site through consistent communication and engagement.
• Act as the main liaison between site operations and internal support teams.
