Job summary

Co. Recruit is seeking a Senior Property Manager to be based onsite at a landmark Brisbane development. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 apartments and handle light building management duties, operating within a proven framework of policies and procedures.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no after-hours calls, onsite parking, and access to Ailo and IRE software. A loyalty bonus and strong onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in end-to-end portfolio management and building management preferred.
• Must hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• Polished presentation and excellent communication skills with ability to multi-task efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of ~150 apartments with end-to-end property management.
• Carry light building management responsibilities.
• Work onsite with a structured framework of policies and procedures for smooth handovers.

About the Company:

This Property Development company are renowned for their iconic luxury residential projects throughout Brisbane's most desirable inner suburbs. Here is an opportunity to progress your career in the onsite Property Management space, with this particular role encompassing a diverse blend of both Property Management and Building Management.

The Position:

A full-time, Monday to Friday position has become available for a Senior Property Manager to be based at one of this Developer's most iconic buildings. You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of approx. 150 apartments, accompanied by some light Building Management responsibilities. The role is diverse and interesting, and you will have the benefit of a great existing framework of streamlined policies and procedures to follow, ensuring a smooth handover and a positive experience from the get go.

The ideal Candidate:
