Walkson Recruitment Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Property Manager to take over a premium portfolio of 100–140 properties across Central Gold Coast or South Gold Coast. The role offers two locations and the option for WFH after settling in.

You will manage the portfolio end-to-end, oversee maintenance, inspections, and reporting while ensuring compliance with Queensland legislation. A strong focus on landlord and tenant relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years' Property Management experience.
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Valid driver's licence

We've partnered with 2 highly regarded, high-end Property Management agencies known for managing premium portfolios and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don't come up often.

They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio of just 100-140 properties.
