Job summary

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced onsite Property Manager to lead day-to-day management of a brand-new luxury townhouse development in Brisbane’s West within a secured gated community. The role includes leasing, caretaking and accounts/PM administration support from head office, with no travel required.

You will manage a portfolio of 120 townhouses, benefit from leasing support during the lease-up and join a team with quarterly social events and strong staff tenure.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and client-focused.
• Onsite property management experience is advantageous.
• Experience with PropertyMe, IRE and Inspection Express is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 120 townhouses within a brand-new gated community.
• Provide full leasing and caretaking support.
• Coordinate with head office for accounts and PM administration.
• Utilise PropertyMe, IRE and Inspection Express systems.
