Job summary

Ingenia seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead land-lease development projects in the Bundaberg and Yeppoon regions. You will oversee procurement, contracts, quality, and reporting while guiding a regional team and coordinating with builders and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will report to the National Construction Manager, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence across multiple sites in Australia.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale residential, civil or development projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, procurement and contract administration.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with a safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of land-lease community developments in Bundaberg and Yeppoon.
• Manage budgets, programmes, contracts, risks, quality outcomes and reporting.
• Lead tendering, procurement and contractor management across projects.
• Build relationships with builders, consultants and internal stakeholders as Principal's rep.
• Coach and support regional project team; oversee feasibility and continuous improvement.
