Ingenia Communities is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Highfields team in Toowoomba QLD. You will lead land lease community developments from planning through completion, on-site with contractors and cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the QLD Construction Manager, you will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, safety, and quality, while supporting handovers and continuous improvement. A strong background in residential or land development construction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering residential, civil, commercial or land development projects in a construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of project programming, tendering, costing, contract administration, quality control and defects management.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and communicate clearly with customers and diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from procurement and tendering through to construction, handover and defects resolution.
• Oversee budgets, programmes, contracts, claims, invoices, risks, quality and project reporting.
• Champion site safety and ensure compliance with WHS, statutory and Ingenia requirements.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project handovers, support feasibility activities and lead continuous improvement across project delivery.
