Job summary

Randstad is seeking an Operations Coordinator for an onsite, contract role in Tomago NSW. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with start ASAP.

Pay rate is $40 per hour plus super, and the role focuses on planning routes, scheduling vehicles and drivers, and ensuring service efficiency across customer sites. Ideal candidates bring administration and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule services with customers and manage site access.
• Plan efficient routes and allocate vehicles/drivers to maximise volumes.
• Conduct daily driver debriefs and assist with fault/fatigue reporting.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain service records.
• Create and maintain EPA waste tracking records and operational reports.
• Foster strong relationships with drivers and internal teams.
