LegalStream, a Sydney-based mortgage processing specialist, is seeking a Paralegal to join the Mortgage Settlements team. The role focuses on accuracy, timely settlements, and client service in a dynamic environment.

You will check and verify signed loan documents, coordinate settlements with stakeholders, and enter data into the PEXA system, contributing to efficient file management.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage industry roles (paralegal, conveyancer or verifications officer) is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Checking and verifying signed loan documents
• Liaising with key stakeholders to coordinate and manage settlements
• Accurately entering information into the PEXA system
• General file management and updating of internal systems
