Job summary

Zip Co is seeking an IT Support Assistant for our Sydney office to help Zipsters stay productive with reliable devices and access. This three-day-per-week on-site casual role focuses on Level 1 IT support and a friendly face for Zipsters.

You’ll work with the Corporate IT team to resolve simple issues, deploy devices, manage accounts and access, and use tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID to keep our workplace running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Foundational IT troubleshooting skills with Windows or macOS experience.
• Ability to support onsite users and resolve incidents.
• Customer-first approach and strong communication.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT.
• Available to work three days per week on-site in Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support to staff face-to-face and via Service Desk.
• Triage incidents and requests for laptops, mobile devices, accounts, and apps.
• Manage desks, meeting rooms, printing, and general office tech.
• Prepare, deploy, and retire devices; manage access requests.
• Work with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
