Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced On Site Support Specialist to provide Level 2 IT support to internal teams across desktop, network and business systems. The role includes on-site and remote assistance, incident management, and involvement in IT project rollouts.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service, problem-solving skills and experience supporting Windows 11, Office 365/Outlook, AD, and Citrix/XenApp, with willingness to travel for on-site coverage.

Qualifications

Experience across IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, Systems Administration or Systems Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365/Outlook, and Active Directory.
Experience with server environments, networking and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support via phone, remote and on-site to internal customers.
Manage incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Troubleshoot desktop, network, hardware and application issues; coordinate escalations.
Support rollout of IT infrastructure and devices across operations.
Participate in on-call roster for 24/7 support with travel as needed.
Develop and maintain IT documentation and SOPs.
