Qualifications

• IT support experience in healthcare or similar environments.
• Evidence of IT-related tertiary qualification.
• Desirable: Working with Children Check and Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support across Mercy Health.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user technology issues.
• Support the standard operating environment and deploy hardware/software.
• Travel across Mercy Health sites as needed.
