Job summary

Crusoe in Australia seeks an Inventory ControlCoordinator to maintain material flow for multiple projects. You will manage ERP/MRP transactions, conduct cycle counts, and support production with timely parts. The role requires 3–5 years in inventory control in manufacturing and forklift experience is a bonus.

This is a full-time on-site position. You’ll work across ERP/WMS systems, optimize stock accuracy, and collaborate with warehouse teams to minimize variances and improve material

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience is a bonus.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Transaction Management: Transacting the movement of inventory for multiple projects, ensuring proper documentation and procedures are followed.
• Inventory Control and Accuracy: Conducting cycle counts to control inventory accuracy and minimize variances.
• Production Floor Support: Releasing parts to jobs, kitting, and assisting in parts handling for production.
• ERP System Management: Using the ERP system to track materials.
• Inventory Planning and Management: Assisting in annual inventory planning and disposal of surplus materials.
• Warehouse Assistance: Supporting warehouse activities including receiving, unloading, and picking.
