Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Health Safety and Training Coordinator to support the IR&M team on a major infrastructure project in Australia. The role focuses on rolling out and monitoring HSE initiatives, ensuring ICMS documentation is maintained, and coordinating training and qualifications on site.

You will work with cross-functional workgroups across Kingsgrove and Homebush sites, participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks and risk assessments, and maintain compliance with safety standards on a 24/7

Qualifications

• Proven WHS experience in construction, maintenance or similar.
• Experience in managing administration of HSE Systems (e.g., Rapid, Permitted).
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and reviewing SWMS.
• Attention to detail and thorough approach to safety documentation.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily pre-starts, monthly toolbox meetings and risk assessments.
• Ensure safe work practices are observed at all times.
• Commitment to occupational health, safety and environmental requirements.
