Egis Group L.P. is recruiting a Health Safety and Training Coordinator to support the IR&M team for major infrastructure projects. The role covers rollout of HSE initiatives, management of ICMS documentation, and coordination of training to ensure compliance across shifts.

The ideal candidate will have WHS credentials, Strong organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to safety leadership on a 24/7 project with site ownership and a focus on incident prevention and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Proven WHS experience in construction, maintenance or similar field.
• Experience in administering HSE systems (Rapid, Permitted).
• Experience in risk assessments and SWMS reviews; knowledge of safety docs.

Aufgaben

• Roll out and monitor HSE initiatives across the project.
• Maintain documentation within ICMS and ensure compliance with quality systems.
• Act as Health & Safety and Return-to-Work Coordinator onsite.
• Ensure team qualifications and training needs are met and kept up to date.
• Participate in daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and risk assessments.
• Promote safe work practices and occupational health, safety and environmental compliance.
