Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and game changes at customer venues. You will handle installations, repairs, and service calls while meeting SLA expectations.

The role requires strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and customer‑facing communication, with flexibility to work weekends and travel across sites. A valid driver’s licence and relevant gaming licences are required.

Qualifications

• Must have proven problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding capabilities.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance, break/fix repairs, and diagnostics on-site.
• Complete equipment installations, removals, upgrades, and game changes at customer sites.
