Job summary

PICA Group is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Miramar Building in Haymarket, NSW. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors and service providers, providing friendly, professional assistance in a busy front‑of‑house environment.

This role reports to the Area Manager and works closely with the Building Manager, with hours 9:00 am–6:00 pm, fully onsite. Experience in customer-facing coordination and strong attention to detail are essential; Mandarin

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing, reception, administration or coordination role.
Strong customer service and clear, professional communication.
The ability to manage several competing requests without losing track of important tasks.
Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
Practical judgment when resolving routine issues and knowing when to escalation.
A reliable, collaborative approach with strong follow-through.
Experience in residential property, facilities, concierge or a similar environment would be helpful, but is not essential.
Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist residents, visitors, contractors and service providers.
Respond to resident enquiries and communicate information clearly and professionally.
Coordinate contractors and service providers, including access and follow-up.
Manage parcels, building access administration and routine records.
Support the Building Manager with day-to-day facilities activities and escalation when appropriate.
