Facilities Coordinator - Hard Services (Sydney CBD)

Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator (Hard Services) in Sydney CBD to support operation, maintenance and compliance of corporate office building systems. You will coordinate M&E, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety and building fabric, while managing contractors and handling PP M schedules.

You will act as on-site lead for hard services, oversee RAMS, attest to safety and statutory compliance, log work orders in CAFM/CMMS, and contribute to cost reporting and budget controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Facilities Coordinator or Maintenance Coordinator.
• Strong hard services background (mechanical, electrical, HVAC or building systems).
• Experience in contractor and vendor management with KPI oversight.
• Solid understanding of PPM scheduling, asset management and CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day hard services operations including M&E, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety and building fabric.
• Support planned and reactive maintenance with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Act as on-site liaison for hard services contractors and vendors, ensuring SLAs/KPIs are met.
• Maintain PPM schedules and ensure certificates/reports are up to date.
• Review RAMS prior to work and manage permit-to-work processes.
• Use CAFM/CMMS to manage work orders, asset registers and reporting.
• Support budget tracking and cost reporting related to hard services.
• Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety requirements.
