• Assist Food & Beverage department in daily operations.
• Supervise the department in the absence of supervisors.
• Train junior staff in SOPs and model professional behavior.
• Attend and engage in scheduled training and meetings with Ayers Rock Resort management.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
