Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia is seeking an Outdoor Dining Shift Leader to work on-site at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. The role focuses on maintaining guest satisfaction in Food & Beverage services while guiding the team and upholding SOPs.

You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and participate in training, with incentives including discounted accommodation, on-shift meals, and relocation support. A National Criminal History Check is part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required.
• NT Driver's Licence (Full) is required to operate in this role.
• Experience leading Food & Beverage teams in hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage department in daily operations.
• Supervise the department in the absence of supervisors.
• Train junior staff in SOP and uphold professional behaviour.
