Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia is seeking an Outdoor Dining Shift Leader to live and work onsite at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara, NT. You will lead Food & Beverage operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in a premium resort environment.

Responsibilities include assisting daily ops, supervising in the absence of supervisors, training staff in SOPs, and fostering professional behaviours while representing the brand across shifts.

Qualifications

• RSA required to work in hospitality.
• Ability to transfer to a Full NT Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements.
• Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors.
• Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP.
• Set an example of professional behaviours.
• Participate (attend and engage) in all scheduled training and meetings to assist Ayers Rock Resort management.
