Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead onsite Food & Beverage operations in a luxury, remote setting. You will manage people, recruitment, learning and performance, aligning staff culture with service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 5-star restaurant or resort environment.
• Proven track record in people operations and team leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and consistent service standards across hotel food and beverage outlets.
• Liaise with senior management to ensure smooth operations of F&B outlets.
• Collaborate with department managers to maximise resources and SOPs.
• Support staff development, retention and performance.
• Oversee budgeting and daily cost control to minimise costs and maximise profit.
• Maintain outlet presentation, customer service, equipment and stock.
