Qualifications

• Current RSA certification required.
• Experience in Food & Beverage leadership preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Ayers Rock Resort, NT.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage department in daily operational requirements.
• Supervise the department in the absence of F&B Supervisors.
• Train junior staff in SOPs and maintain professional behaviours.
