Job summary

Ayers Rock Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Shift Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru, delivering exceptional guest experiences and helping to run daily F&B operations. You will require a current RSA and a valid Full Australian Drivers Licence to work in this role, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements
• Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors
• Train junior staff in SOP and set professional standards
• Participate in scheduled training and meetings to support Ayers Rock Resort management
