Job summary

GTS – High Voltage Specialists in Australia seeks an experienced HV Electrical Supervisor to lead crews across shutdowns, maintenance, testing and fault-finding on HV equipment. This hands-on role covers the Perth to Newman corridor on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off roster, coordinating safety, quality and client relationships.

You will mentor tradespeople and apprentices, supervise subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining GTS's reputation in mining,

Qualifications

WA Electrical Licence or Electrical Engineering qualification.
Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical industry.
Previous supervisory experience leading tradespeople and apprentices.
Schedule 26 Electrical Supervisor requirements.
Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

Leading HV technicians and site crews.
Supporting shutdowns and planned maintenance activities.
HV testing, commissioning and fault-finding support.
Managing day-to-day site works and quality outcomes.
Building strong client relationships and maintaining GTS's reputation.
Coaching and developing tradespeople and apprentices.
Supervising subcontractors when required.
Ensuring safety isn't just a slogan on a sticker.
