Job summary

GTS - High Voltage Specialists is seeking an experienced HV Electrical Supervisor to lead crews across shutdowns, maintenance, commissioning, testing and fault-finding on HV equipment. This hands-on leader will support their team, maintain safety standards, and build strong client relationships.

The role involves a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off roster between Perth and Newman, coaching apprentices, supervising subcontractors, and delivering high-quality outcomes on diverse HV projects for mining, oil &

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence or Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the electrical industry.
• Previous supervisory experience leading tradespeople and apprentices.
• Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

At GTS, we're looking for an experienced HV Electrical Supervisor with S26 to lead our crews across shutdowns, maintenance, commissioning, testing, and fault-finding activities on HV electrical equipment.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can support their team, build strong client relationships, maintain high safety standards and still jump in when the job requires technical expertise.

Job Description

What does the role look like?

Working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster between Perth and Newman, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading HV technicians and site crews
• Supporting shutdowns and planned maintenance activities
• HV testing, commissioning and fault-finding support
• Managing day-to-day site works and quality outcomes
• Building strong client relationships and maintaining GTS's reputation
• Coaching and developing tradespeople and apprentices
• Supervising subcontractors when required
• Ensuring safety isn't just a slogan on a sticker

You’ll be the person helping ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the high standard our clients expect.
