Job summary

EC Power, a division of EC Group, is seeking an experienced Licensed Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Industrial & Warehousing construction team on Sydney projects. This hands-on, site-based role requires leading electricians, coordinating trades and taking ownership of day-to-day site delivery.

You will work closely with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard across industrial and warehousing settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on industrial, warehouse and commercial construction sites.
• Proven leadership in supervising electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors on site
• Lead day-to-day delivery of electrical works across medium to large projects
• Allocate tasks and manage daily work schedules
• Coordinate labour, materials, tools and equipment
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers to plan and schedule works
• Monitor project progress and ensure key deadlines are achieved
• Ensure electrical works comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications
• Maintain a strong focus on WHS and ensure site safety requirements are followed
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of workmanship
