Job summary

Reflex Technology Group is seeking an experienced ICT Manager to lead technology strategy for a school in Maryborough, Victoria. You'll collaborate with school leaders to align IT infrastructure with educational goals and manage cyber security, cloud platforms, and AI initiatives.

You will oversee IT projects, service delivery, and a high-performing team, ensuring reliable systems, training, and end-to-end support for teaching and administration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the College’s senior leadership to align technology with educational objectives.
• Develop and implement an annual technology roadmap and budget.
• Lead IT projects with ongoing support, training and operational excellence.
• Oversee service delivery, ticketing, escalations, incidents and SLAs.
• Drive cyber security initiatives with RTG’s Risk & Security team.
• Lead IT, systems, and AI capabilities, including AI policy design.
• Coach and develop a team and foster RTG’s training culture.
