Job summary

Reflex Technology Group is seeking an experienced ICT Manager to provide technology leadership onsite at Maryborough, Victoria. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this pivotal role will ensure technology enables outstanding teaching, learning and operational outcomes across the school.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with College leadership to align tech with educational goals.
Develop and implement an annual technology roadmap and budget.
Lead IT projects with delivery, training and ongoing support.
Oversee service delivery, ticketing, escalations and incident management to meet SLAs/XLAs.
Drive cyber security initiatives with RTG's Risk & Security team.
Lead IT, systems and AI capabilities, including AI policy design.
Coach and develop a team within RTG's training culture.
