Job summary

Quest Melbourne Airport is seeking an experienced On-site Duty Manager to lead front office operations and guest experiences on a 5-day rotating roster. This hands-on role requires a full Victoria Driver’s Licence and RSA, with accommodation provided on-site.

You’ll stay on-site, attend after-hours calls seven nights a week, and have a clear pathway into Assistant Manager or Hotel Manager roles across Quest’s 170+ locations, with competitive salary and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hospitality / hotel / customer service experience.
• Full Victoria Driver’s Licence required.
• RSA Victoria or willing to obtain.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Work 5-day rotating roster across front office shifts.
• Deliver guest service from check-in to departure.
• Manage reservations (phone, online, in-person).
• Handle guest issues independently.
• Drive upselling and revenue opportunities.
• Attend to after-hours calls 7 days a week.
