Job summary

Quest on Dorcas in Southbank near Shrine of Remembrance is seeking a Guest Services Agent to ensure a welcoming guest experience. The role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays with shifts available on short notice.

You will be the face of the property, providing friendly service, handling reservations, and supporting safety and daily operations with a professional team.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Hospitality graduates/students encouraged to apply.
• Current work rights in Australia required.

Responsibilities

• Guest check-in and check-out.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the guest journey.
• Respond to enquiries and manage reservations.
• Handle administration duties and daily handovers.
• Assist with property and guest safety/security.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas.
• Support readiness of all departments for the following day.
