Job summary

Interior Secrets in Truganina, VIC, AU is seeking a Warehouse Dispatch Administrator for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle orders, shipments and warehouse data in NetSuite while coordinating freight bookings and dispatch paperwork. The position offers stable, ongoing employment with above-award rates.

Ideal candidates have warehouse/dispatch or admin experience, are computer-literate, detail-focused, reliable and able to work well in a team. Forklift LF is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, dispatch or administration.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• NetSuite ERP/WMS experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.
• Forklift licence (LF) is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and update orders, shipments and warehouse information in NetSuite.
• Organise freight, courier and delivery bookings.
• Prepare shipping labels, picking documents and dispatch paperwork.
• Check orders, quantities and delivery details before dispatch.
• Assist with inventory control, stock checks and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with freight companies and internal teams on deliveries and dispatches.
• Assist with picking, packing and general warehouse duties when required.
