Job summary

Reward Hospitality is seeking a motivated Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Truganina. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will handle administration and inventory duties, ensuring accurate receipting, stock control and coordination with suppliers and logistics teams.

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday at our Truganina facility, offering comprehensive training and opportunities for career growth within Reward Hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Forklift Licence is preferable.
• Good computer literacy including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Highly developed level of interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely receipting and putting away of all incoming inventory.
• Liaising with Suppliers, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing to resolve purchase order queries.
• Prepare weekly cyclic stock-takes and investigate discrepancies as necessary.
• Processing stock receipts against purchase orders.
• Printing of labels for inbound stock for purchase orders.
• Printing delivery dockets for completed orders.
• Complete paperwork and make transport bookings for deliveries to Customers.
• Communication with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Drivers and Transport Companies.
• Provide administrative support to Warehouse team.
• Answering support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications to resolve customer service issues.
