Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Service Delivery Manager based in Western Sydney to lead customer engagements for hyperscale data centres across the APAC region. You will drive end-to-end delivery from fit-out through go-live, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure contractual obligations are met with high customer satisfaction.

You will be onsite full-time, collaborate with Operations, Development and other teams, and play a key role in reporting, audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Project Management or Service Delivery Management experience in a critical operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact with all Customers during the build, fit-out and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track and maintain compliance with all Customer contract obligations.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Manage fit-outs delivered by AirTrunk on behalf of Customers.
• Deliver regular progress reports and status updates.
• Assist facilities management with customer incidents and escalations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers and vendors.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities with meetings, documentation and proposals.
