Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Service Delivery Manager based in Western Sydney (Huntingwood) to be the main contact for large cloud customers through fit-out, go-live and onboarding. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and drive project success.

The role is onsite full-time, requiring strong PM/SDM expertise, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Travel across APAC may be needed to support customers and projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PM/SDM experience in a critical operating environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with proven service delivery success.
• Strong time and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• PMP certification is a plus; willingness to lead complex projects.
• Experience in data centre delivery or similar critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact with Customers throughout build, fit-out and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet all Customer contract obligations.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Ensure Customer requirements for fit-out are met with the design team.
• Manage budgets, schedules and reporting for Customer projects.
• Support inspections, audits and ongoing BAU operations for Customers.
