Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for our Heatherton, VIC site. This fast-paced, onsite role supports customer enquiries across phone, email, live chat and face-to-face interactions while coordinating with warehouse, logistics and dispatch teams to keep deliveries running smoothly.

You will move between customer service, dispatch and operations, providing real-time support, coordinating collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service within logistics, warehousing or delivery operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with empathy and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and with operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat or face-to-face.
• Resolve delivery and service issues with logistics and dispatch teams to implement solutions.
• Provide real-time delivery updates, manage exceptions and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Assist walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps and equipment returns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery info and outcomes.
• Work across multiple systems to retrieve and update customer and operational data.
• Support stock verification and cooler handling during customer collections.
• Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain site safety compliance and PPE usage, following protocols.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and drive continuous improvement.
