Job summary

Zeal Personnel seeks a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution of a plant upgrade project in the Goldfields of WA. Reporting to the Project Director, you will own delivery on a hands-on, senior leadership basis, coordinating multiple trades in a fast-paced, remote site environment.

Qualifications

• Construction management experience in mineral processing or mining infrastructure projects is required.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary trades and subcontractors on remote/regional sites.
• Strong knowledge of WA mining safety legislation and site-based HSE systems.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction leadership ensuring delivery aligns with scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical/instrumentation trades.
• Oversee day-to-day site execution, planning, resourcing and productivity.
• Champion a strong safety culture and compliance with HSE standards.
• Monitor schedule performance and proactively resolve delays.
• Manage project cost control including budgets, variations and forecasting.
• Liaise with client representatives, engineering teams and subcontractors for clear communication.
• Chair site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reviews.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specs and standards.
• Support commissioning readiness and handover activities.
