Tabcorp Holdings Limited is seeking an Oncourse Casual Lead to energise race day teams and oversee smooth oncourse operations. You will lead casual staff, process betting transactions accurately, manage float allocations and support financial reconciliations while ensuring compliance and exceptional guest experiences.

This casual leadership role requires strong communication, calm decision-making and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced arena of racing and sports fans across Australia.

Howyou'llbe part of the action

Reporting to the Oncourse Regional Manager, this casual leadership role combines customer service excellence with operational oversight. You will support race day teams, lead casual teammembersand help ensure every customer enjoys a seamless TAB experience. On average, you will need to be available for 2 shifts per week, including weekdays.
