Job summary

Wisely Group is a Queensland-based employer supporting mining and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Training Administrator Officer to join our Mackay office, ensuring new starters are compliant, confident, and ready to hit the ground running.

You will coordinate onboarding, arrange medicals and inductions, and maintain training records for multiple project teams. A detail-focused communicator with Office skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication across all levels.
• Experience with onboarding, mobilisation or workforce compliance is valued.
• Familiarity with BMA, Glencore induction systems and QLD Coal Board medicals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding experiences for new employees.
• Book pre-employment checks and QLD Coal Board medicals (ResHealth).
• Organise and manage inductions (QLD Coal, site-specific, and high-risk work).
• Maintain training records and compliance matrices across project teams.
• Support training needs analysis for shutdowns and long-term contracts.
• Assist with general office and phone operations when required.
