Job summary

Macmahon is seeking a Site Administrator to support the Byerwen Project in Queensland. You’ll oversee site office administration, coordinate mobilisations, onboarding and ensure safe, efficient delivery of activities.

Reporting to project leaders, you’ll manage data entry across production and safety databases, handle rosters, travel bookings, timesheets and workforce records, while upholding safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration within mining & resources.
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset.
• Clear communication and ability to work with different teams.
• Commitment to safety and doing things the right way.
• Roster: 7:7.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce mobilisations and onboarding activities, ensuring all personnel meet site entry requirements.
• Coordinate daily data entry across production, safety and relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of month-end reporting
• Manage employee rosters and workforce scheduling to support operational requirements.
• Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for site-based employees and visitors.
• Process timesheets and maintain accurate workforce records to support payroll and reporting requirements.
