A fast-growing private equity-backed services business is looking for a Systems Training Officer to support their SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role involves administrative and practical support for effective training delivery across various business streams. Newly created role for Systems Training Officer to work for fast growing private equity backed services business based in Western Sydney.

Reporting into the Head of Transformation, you will be provide essential administrative and practical support to facilitate effective training delivery for the SAP S/4Hana implementation across multiple business streams. This would include Finance, AR, AP, Sales, Procurement, Invntory, Warehouse and Production.

You will be required to coordinate training schedules, managing logistics, preparing training materials, supporting end user training sessions, monitoring participation and gathering feedback.

In addition, you will assist in conducting ongoing reinforcement training and onbaording activities to ensure continuous user adoption and successful integration of new employees into the SAP environment and any other systems.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in Training or Administrative tasks, preferable within a project encvironment. Previous experience with SAP S/4 Hana training delivery will be highly regarded. You will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
