Our CBD-based client and high-profile national industry body has a permanent full-time opportunity for an Email Marketing Specialist to assist in the development and execution of effective campaigns.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and working closely with the broader marketing and content team, this role will focus on ensuring the successful delivery of email communications to its extensive member base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and execute email templates that resonate with customers
• Segment email lists based on customer characteristics, behaviours, and preferences to send targeted and relevant emails
• Implement the email marketing plan that aligns with business objectives, targets audience preferences, and industry best practices
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance
• Conduct A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Manage the enterprise email calendar, timelines, and email frequency.

Key requirements include:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on building and executing campaigns
• Demonstrated experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proficiency in HTML and email design best practices
• Experience in using email marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
