Job summary

easykind is seeking an Onboarding Nurse Associate (RN) to support safe, patient‑centred screening and documentation within established nursing workflows, under the guidance of Senior Nurses and Nursing Operations Leads.

You will participate in frontline screening, routine clinical check‑ins, and care coordination, with responsibilities extending to patient communication, education, and compliant record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Structured Screening: Conduct structured nurse‑led screening appointments and other clinical screening activities in accordance with established clinical pathways, organisational protocols, and approved support tools.
• Clinical Communication: Complete clinically related patient interactions, including My Health Record (MHR) screening, pharmacy liaison calls, discharge explanations, and other patient‑facing communications as required.
• Patient Engagement: Facilitate patient engagement activities, including the timely response to new patient enquiries and the completion of routine clinical check‑ins, in accordance with established patient support protocols and communication pathways.
• Patient Communication: Communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with patients, providing education, explaining clinical decisions, and outlining next steps in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Documentation: Accurately complete clinical documentation using approved templates, digital systems, and organisational workflows.
