Job summary

easykind is at the forefront of healthcare, delivering compassionate, patient-centred care within medicinal cannabis pathways. We seek an Onboarding Nurse Associate to perform structured clinical screening, engage with patients, and document care across established nursing workflows.

Under supervision, you will support routine nursing tasks, escalate high-risk issues, and contribute to quality improvement while developing clinical autonomy in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 - 2 years of clinical nursing experience desired, or equivalent experience suitable for transition into a structured telehealth or clinical screening environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, digital communication platforms, and template-based clinical documentation.
• Telehealth experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured nurse-led screening appointments and clinical screening activities.
• Complete clinically related patient interactions and discharge explanations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using approved templates and digital systems.
• Escalate complex, high-risk, or out-of-scope matters to senior nursing staff.
