Job summary

RAINBOW SHADE is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our Upper Coomera team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, receipt, and dispatch of goods, and maintaining stock integrity.

You will lead the team, provide training, coordinate stock replenishment, operate forklifts safely, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction within our distribution centre.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Allocate daily workloads and monitor staff performance and productivity.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, checked and dispatched on time.
• Oversee receiving and storage of incoming stock.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to ensure fast-moving products are available.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely.
