Job summary

Reward Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor – Receiving to lead daily receiving and put-away activities at our Yatala, QLD site. You will oversee inbound goods, ensure timely storage and availability for sale, and drive safety and efficiency across the team.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in a warehouse supervisory role, strong leadership, and a practical, hands-on management style with sound WHS knowledge. Proficiency with basic computer systems is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse supervisor role.
• Experience leading and developing a warehouse team.
• Strong organisational, planning and delegation skills.
• Knowledge of WHS requirements.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily receiving and put-away activities.
• Ensure inbound goods are received, stored and available for sale within required timeframes.
• Lead, support and develop the receiving team.
• Monitor team performance and contribute to KPI achievement.
• Maintain strong safety standards and follow WHS procedures.
• Support incident and injury reporting and follow-up actions.
• Assist with warehouse safety inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, sales and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflow and processes.
