Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Tele Sales Assistant to join a busy desk-based customer service and telesales team. This is a permanent, full-time on-site role based at our Wingfield office (SA).

The position offers a daytime shift with a pay rate of $29.70 per hour plus superannuation and entitlements. Responsibilities include taking orders by phone or email, providing excellent customer service, data entry, and maintaining order records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service (phone-based and/or order processing preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
• Good computer literacy (data entry, emails, and internal systems).
• Clear communication skills and a friendly phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders via phone/email and process accurately.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and follow-up.
• Data entry and maintenance of customer/order records.
• Confirm order details, resolve queries, and ensure accuracy end-to-end.
• Support the team with general administration as required.
