Qualifications

• A relevant degree and relevant administrative or customer service experience in a tertiary organisation, or equivalent competence gained through education, training and experience.
• Highly developed organisational skills including prioritising, conducting complex tasks and projects and meeting deadlines with accuracy.
• Demonstrated high-level experience with computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office; experience with a student management system is valued.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and stakeholder liaison ability.
• Excellent time management and ability to respond to changing priorities while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching administration support and advice to Academic staff to assist with learning, teaching and assessment programs.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Academic Program Authorities and Course Convenors to support program design and development.
• Liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of teaching activities and compliance with policies.
